Ordering

All orders should be placed here through our website or square invoices. No orders will be accepted through other communications or social media platforms.

Processing Time

Please order 3 weeks in advance to your wear date.

All orders have a 5-10 business day processing time, excluding weekends. This timeframe is subject to change based on custom orders. In that case orders will be completed on a first come first serve basis. 

Customers will be notified and given a reference number by the stylist along with weekly updates on the status of their order. 

Color & Style

Due to the variations in unit coloring we cannot guarantee exact colors and undertones. We will not color any hair that was not provided by our studio.

In the case that the desired look is unachievable due to hair quality the stylist will contact the client to modify the order
Please be aware that the client will be held responsible and still have to provide payment for the services rendered up until that point.
If at any point the client is unhappy with a service or service outcome they have within 2 weeks of the order to reach out to rectify it free of charge. Please be aware certain circumstances will be at the stylist judgement.

Stylist Booking & Payments

An estimated cost will be generated based on what is selected by the client during their style consultation. After services are confirmed, the final invoice will be sent for payment. An itemized receipt will be sent via email.

Custom wig payments will be split into two parts, the deposit due before service and the remaining after the wig is picked up.

Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa and Google Pay are all accepted payments.

Measurements: Please provide your stylist with the most accurate measurements as possible, if the stylist isn’t able to measure your head for your custom unit. If the measurements are off for any reason the client has 5 days to resolve the issue before a charge is incurred.

Returns & Refunds

Custom Units: No returns or refunds will be accepted based on the premise that custom units are made specifically for the client and sanitary reasons.

Bundles & Closures: Bundles and closures may be exchanged if unused. Bundles may be exchanged for issues with length, texture and or color.

There is a 10 day exchange window on all hair orders with the exception of custom units.

Bundles that have been bleached, colored, or used will not be accepted for exchanges.

Exchanges are issues for: INCORRECT length and INCORRECT texture. 

We will not exchange hair that has been used by the customer, bleached, dyed, cut or tampered with. 

There will never be any return of funds to the customer after the item has been received.

No Refunds
  • NO refunds on wigs are available, all wigs are final sale.
  • NO refunds on bundles ONLY EXCHANGES are available for unused bundles.
  • Exchanges will ONLY be offered on unused hair AFTER the hair has been sent back to The Other Woman. Once hair has been received, a new order of your choice will be placed and sent to you.

Shipping

Shipping will take 2-5 business days. Orders will be shipped via USPS and must have the customer’s signature for delivery. If the client chooses to opt out of signature delivery, The Other Woman will hold no responsibility for any lost items. Due to the pandemic the shipping window may vary.
