Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
Custom Units: No returns or refunds will be accepted based on the premise that custom units are made specifically for the client and sanitary reasons.
Bundles & Closures: Bundles and closures may be exchanged if unused. Bundles may be exchanged for issues with length, texture and or color.
There is a 10 day exchange window on all hair orders with the exception of custom units.
Bundles that have been bleached, colored, or used will not be accepted for exchanges.
Exchanges are issues for: INCORRECT length and INCORRECT texture.
There will never be any return of funds to the customer after the item has been received.
- NO refunds on wigs are available, all wigs are final sale.
- NO refunds on bundles ONLY EXCHANGES are available for unused bundles.
- Exchanges will ONLY be offered on unused hair AFTER the hair has been sent back to The Other Woman. Once hair has been received, a new order of your choice will be placed and sent to you.
Shipping
Shipping will take 2-5 business days. Orders will be shipped via USPS and must have the customer’s signature for delivery. If the client chooses to opt out of signature delivery, The Other Woman will hold no responsibility for any lost items. Due to the pandemic the shipping window may vary.
